- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 04, 2020, by michelle mooreI ordered online, it was a 35 min time frame of being ready pizza, get there and my Pizza isn’t ready. There were 3 people in the back and they continued to ask what my name was while looking through there few orders, rather then listen to me when I said I had an online order. They tell me, they “didn’t see the ticket” and it would be 15 mins. No apology, just it will be 15 mins. What’s the purpose of online ordering if your staff can’t figure out to check the machine that prints online orders every 10 mins or so? This wasn’t the 1st time this has happened, so it’s a shame on me too!
